The French Cytometry Association will hold the 4th edition of the Mass Cytometry thematic days on 29 and 30 March 2022 in Paris.
The latest technologic advances in mass cytometry and mass imaging will be addressed and scientists will present their work and share their experience with the use of mass cytometry in different fields: infectious diseases, hematology, oncology, data analysis and mass imaging.
On this occasion 4 members of LBAI will make a presentation:
- Development of new segmentation tools for the analysis of images generated by the Hyperion mass cytometer, Yvonne Scuiller
- Mass cytometry technology: Simultaneous analysis of blood and salivary glands of Sjögren’s syndrome patient, Patrice Hémon
- In-depth characterization and comparison of tertiary lymphoid structures in tissue samples in tumor and non-tumor colorectal pathology using the Hyperion imaging system, Marion Le Rochais
- La dualité de réponses B à l’interleukine-21 et à l’interféron-alpha révèle l’existence d’une sous-population de lymphocytes B précurseurs aux multiples potentiels de différenciation, Marina Boudigou
