  • Manual extractions (macerations, decoctions...)
  • Automatized extractions via an extraction device working under pression of solvent (ASE 300, DIONEX). Accelerated Solvent Extraction (ASE) is an innovative and automated technique that allows extraction of compounds from solid or semi-solid biomass. The ASE uses the combined effect of a high temperature (25 to 200°C) and pressure (100 bars) with solvents to increase efficiency of the extraction process. Thus, the time of extraction is decrased and the consumption of solvents is significantly reduced.
