Purification methodologies

The BIODIMAR platform has an automated solid phase separation system or SPE (GX271 system, GILSON).

This technique makes it possible to develop purification methods, and to prepare, wash or concentrate the samples before their passage on HPLC. It has the advantage of using very few solvents, being fast and selective.

Centrifugal Chromatography (CPC) (Armen).

This preparative liquid chromatography characterized by the absence of solid support and by the use of biphasic systems for the purification of all types of polar, non-polar, organic and inorganic molecules in solution.

This technique, complementary to HPLC, allows the purification of all types of molecules in solution.

High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is a technique frequently used in biochemistry and analytical chemistry to separate, identify and quantify compounds.
