About the CRBC:
Founded in 1969 by Yves Le Gallo, the Centre for Breton and Celtic Research (CRBC, UR 4451 UBO/UAR 3554 CNRS-UBO) is a multi-disciplinary research laboratory.
Historians, linguists, ethnologists, and sociologists work on research themes related to Breton and Celtic cultural areas. They also carry out individual and collective comparative research in other fields, Atlantic Europe in particular but also worldwide. The team is made up of lecturer-researches, research support staff, doctoral students, and associate and emeritus researchers.
